My Self

 ... My Self...




My name is Tharushika Diwyanjali. As the name suggests  I look like a little star. But others in the village call me Batti. I think they say that because I'm a little short. Despite my short stature, I have fair skin, long curly hair and a slim body. 

Taking about my vilage, my vilage is a beautiful little village near Maho Town. A small village surrounded by many lakes. Mee oya flows to the tune from the end of the village. Our house is located in the only shop in our village. It's my dad's shop. Only my mom and dad and my younger sister are in my house. My older brother lives in Japan. My father is businessman and owns several other small businesses  in addition to the shop. My mother does not work.

When I was a child I went to school called Embogama Model Junior School. Which is close to my home. It is a beautiful school at the foot of mount Galgiriya. Many people say that mount Galgiriya is the longest mountain in Sri Lanka. It was a quiet environment where Saliya and Ashokamala lived. I then went to Yapahuwa Maha Vidyalaya. The school is located close to the ruins of the Yapahuwa kingdom and is also a very beautiful school.

Ever since I was in school, I have loved dancing. Every dance in school was integral part of my dance. I have achieved a lot of success in dance. 









In addition to dancing, the other thing I like is sports. I have wan a lot of sports like netball, volleyball, high jump and running. 












I would love to move forward on the art side in the future as well. I also  like to be a teacher who surrounds little children and teaches them things like dance and acting. I'm trying hard to make my expectations come true somehow.

A wonderful dream I had

  ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿผ‍♀️A wonderful dream I had ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿผ‍♀️ One night I had a beautiful dream. I finished writing my notes and went to bed let and feel a sleep. Suddenly, I felt that I was in fairyland. There was a big garden. The flowers were blooming. The fairies were singing beautiful songs. One fairy came to me and greeted me with a sweet smile. She offered me a small chair  to sit on and enjoy the dance. Then I saw a little child playing on the flute. He arrived in the midst of the fairies. There were some dwarfs and elves sitting nearby. There was a beautiful river. The Sun was shiny and a cool breeze was blowing. I sat under a shady tree. The tree was laden with fruits. The child brought some fruits for me. Then they again started singing and dancing.it was a beautiful scene. I wake up suddenly while enjoying the fruit and dancing. Mom told me it was too late, get up and go to lectures. Dreams, good or bad, always  have that kind of ending.
